Steve Zaffron is CEO of Vanto Group, a consulting firm specializing in the design and implementation of large-scale initiatives to elevate organizational performance. The book sets the foundation for a new type of organization.

Steve is also a board member of Landmark Education, Vanto Group's parent company. During his tenure as head of the R&D team, he was accountable for the development of Landmark's programs and the training of Landmark's senior faculty. Steve Zaffron holds a Master's degree from the University of Chicago and graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University.
