Lindsay Roth started her career as a radio producer for the nationally broadcast WOR 710am at age 16, having been bitten by the entertainment bug early and eagerly.

Before making her way into television, she took a leap of faith when offered a position in the cosmetics industry under a leading cosmetics CEO.

Lindsay is currently in production and development for Carlos Slim and Larry King's Ora TV and Stick Figure Studios in NYC. She produces and sells both linear and digital television shows. Some of her current shows include: "Larry King Now," and Emmy nominated Haylie Duff's "Real Girl's Kitchen" (which she created for Ora and Cooking Channel), and "Queen Bee."

She graduated from Northwestern University's School of Speech and Medill School of Journalism. WHAT PRETTY GIRLS ARE MADE OF is Lindsay's first novel.
