Amelia Boone is an American obstacle course racer (OCR) and attorney. She is considered one of the top female OCR athletes in the world, having won multiple world championships and podium finishes in events such as the Spartan Race and Tough Mudder. She is also a 3-time World's Toughest Mudder champion, a 24-hour OCR event.

Amelia Boone is known for her mental and physical toughness and ability to balance her rigorous training schedule with her professional career as a lawyer. In 2002 Boone graduated from Lakeridge High School in Lake Oswego, Oregon. In 2006 she graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, with a degree in anthropology and political science. Then in 2009, she graduated from the University of Washington School of Law with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

She is a partner at a law firm specializing in corporate and securities law. Boone's professional career as a lawyer began after she graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law, and she is currently working as a partner at her law firm. Despite her demanding profession, Amelia has won multiple world championships and podium finishes in events such as the Spartan Race and Tough Mudder. She is considered one of the top female OCR athletes in the world and a role model for balancing a high-performance athletic career with a professional one.
