Dr. Debra Soh is a neuroscientist who specializes in gender, sex, and sexual orientation. As an expert witness, she has testified on the subject of sexual offending behavior in the Nova Scotia Supreme Court of Canada. She consults on policy and family law cases regarding childhood gender transition.

As a journalist, Dr. Soh writes about the science of human sexuality, racial politics, and academic censorship. Her writing has appeared in Harper’s Magazine, the Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, Newsweek, the New York Post, the Globe and Mail, Scientific American, the Washington Examiner, and many other publications. Prior to writing her first book, “The End of Gender,” she was a weekly columnist and resident sex scientist for three years at Playboy.com.

She has received media coverage from major news outlets, including the BBC, the New York Times, the Washington Post, NPR, National Review, the London Times, the Telegraph, and The Spectator.

She has spoken at the Oxford Union and has appeared on The Megyn Kelly Show, Real Time with Bill Maher, the Joe Rogan Experience twice, The Doctors, The Ben Shapiro Show, The Daily Wire’s “What Is A Woman?,” Fox News Primetime, The Greg Gutfeld Show, GB News, Dan Savage’s Savage Lovecast, and many more.

Dr. Soh holds a Ph.D. in neuroscience with scientific expertise in paraphilias (unusual sexual interests) and hypersexuality.
