Entrepreneur, angel investor, and New York Times best-selling author David Kidder reveals the playbook that has created seismic mindset shifts at the most competitive companies in the world. David’s carefully tailored keynotes unveil how his Growth Operating System has already revolutionized companies like Procter & Gamble, Anheuser Busch InBev, Nike, TD Ameritrade, Exelon, and Citigroup: by creating like entrepreneurs, investing like venture capitalists, and installing a permanent operating system for growth, no company is too big for this vital, viable change.

Kidder’s lessons of becoming a refounder and rebuilding your business with a new lens are now more valuable than ever as the world changes. New forces acting on individuals and communities, new behaviors and social norms emerge, and new technologies thrust to the forefront have scrambled the map of individuals’ and organizations’ needs. As a refounder, you must look at these customer needs anew as if it was Day One of your business.

You need to understand exactly how they have changed and how your organization can best serve them going forward. This involves taking an outside-in approach to your business and having an absolute commitment to commercial truth – Kidder holds the secrets to these growth mindsets and will inspire your team to adopt a refounder mindset, embrace core values, make decisions quickly as a team, and face this emerging world, find their place in it, and grow.

Kidder will discuss the growth mindsets, culture, and systems of the Bionic Growth Operating Model that leads to transformational outcomes in some of the largest enterprises in the Fortune 500. Bionic has pioneered the growth mindsets and scalable capabilities that are required for businesses to thrive through disruption. David will share the foundational ideas that empower an organization to re-discover its proprietary gifts, discover and meet the customers' new needs, and return to growth.

Stop watching industry disruption, and start disrupting your own organization. David Kidder and the Growth OS will inspire your team at your next event. David S.
