Dennis Prager is an American conservative radio talk show host, syndicated columnist, author, and public speaker. He is the host of The Dennis Prager Show, a nationally syndicated talk radio show broadcast throughout the United States and on Sirius XM Satellite Radio.

Prager is known for his strong views on social and religious issues and has been associated with conservative causes since the late 1970s. He is a frequent speaker on college campuses and has written several books, including Happiness is a Serious Problem and Why the Jews? Prager is also the founder of Prager University, an online educational organization that produces short videos on a variety of topics from a conservative perspective.

Prager was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and attended Brooklyn College. After college, he moved to Los Angeles and began his career in broadcasting by working as a talk show host for a local radio station. In 1979, he began hosting The Dennis Prager Show, which quickly became one of the most popular talk radio programs in the United States. Prager’s show has since gone on to be syndicated in over 150 cities throughout the United States, including major markets such as New York City, Los Angeles, and Chicago.

In addition to his radio show, Prager has also written several books, including Think A Second Time, Still the Best Hope, and The Nine Questions People Ask About Judaism. He is also the founder and director of Prager University, an online educational organization that produces short videos on a variety of topics from a conservative perspective.

Prager has been recognized for his work over the years and has received numerous awards and honors. He is a member of the National Radio Hall of Fame and, in 2020, was awarded the National Humanities Medal by President Donald Trump.
