Chris Fussell

Chris Fussell is a partner at the McChrystal Group, a leadership consulting firm that helps organizations across various industries build elite teams and cultures. Fussell is a former Navy SEAL and has served in multiple leadership roles within the military, including as a team leader and commander. 

He is also the co-author of the book "One Mission: How Leaders Build a Team of Teams, "published in 2016. This book discusses how leaders can create and lead effective teams in complex, constantly changing environments. It draws on Fussell's experience as a Navy SEAL, where he served as a team leader and commander, and his work as a leadership consultant at the McChrystal Group.
