Dr. Catriona Wallace is the Founder and CEO of high-profile FinTech and ASX Listed company Flamingo, which provides a Cognitive Virtual Assistant (Artificial Intelligence) called ‘ROSIE’ that helps Financial Services companies worldwide improve online sales conversion rates and better servicing of customers. 

Based in NYC and Sydney, Dr. Catriona Wallace is one of the world’s most cited experts on the Future of Customer Experience, Artificial Intelligence, and Bot Strategy. Flamingo is also the second only woman CEO, and woman Chair led business ever to list on the ASX. It is also one of the only AI companies listed in Australia.
