Brian MacKenzie is a renowned innovator in the field of human performance and stress adaptation. He is widely recognized for his pioneering work in developing and applying custom protocols that aim to optimize human health and performance. Brian's protocols are a unique blend of various training approaches, such as respiratory, movement, strength, conditioning, and endurance-based training, which elicit unprecedented positive results when integrated.

His programs have been featured in several leading publications such as Outside Magazine, Men's Health, Runners World, Triathlete Magazine, Men's Journal, ESPN Rise, and periodicals such as The Economist. He has also been featured in 2 of Timothy Ferriss' New York Times bestselling books, including: "The 4-Hour Body" and "Tools of Titans" and Scott Carney's New York Times best-seller "What Doesn't Kill Us."
